About Supportive Services Agency

Supportive Services Agency, LLC was born from Teshann Coakley's personal experience of caring for her disabled father. The lack of reliable in-home care and transportation options highlighted a significant gap in services for disabled and senior individuals.

Teshann Coakley found that existing care options often lacked personalization and reliability, making it difficult for those in need to maintain their independence.

Motivated by these challenges, Teshann Coakley envisioned a service providing comprehensive, personalized in-home care and transportation to support clients' daily needs and medical appointments.
